Training Pods

What is a Training Pod?

A Training Pod is a term we use where someone would benefit from learning about something or how to do something that would help them to do things for themselves or understand how a process works.  This could be something like ‘How to raise a repair’ or how to use ‘my southwark’.  A Training Pod session would usually be no more than a couple of hours, however as the training is delivered around what you need and what you want to learn about, times can differ.  If you feel you would benefit from being part of a Training Pod please contact us.  If something you are interested in learning about is not listed, tell us and we will try and create the training just for you, e.g how to use your mobile phone, or an app you have just downloaded.  Remember our services are for you and what you need.

Engagement Pods

What is an Engagement Pod?

A Engagement Pod is a term we use where someone has an issue or needs support that can be resolved in 1 meeting with a caseworker.  This typically would be something like help with form filling or completing an application, or even help with telephone calls or use of a computer.
